Britney Spears was warned people through her representatives that anyone caught publishing these unreleased images of her one-month-old son Sean Preston would face legal action.
"Anyone who publishes, sells or otherwise exploits any of these images in any way will be subject to liability and damages for willful infringement of copyright," warned the press release.
Some think these photos were shot by People magazine after the pop princess agreed to a rumored seven-figure price tag for the rights of her baby?s first photo shoot. Spear?s apparently changed her mind about the deal, feeling she would be selling out her baby.
Right now pictures of the baby are some of the most sought after images in the media world, with all kinds of publications salivating at the prospect of gaining right to them. The New York Post said they were interested in the photos and may be working on a deal with Spears to publish them in the near future.
This would not be the first time that Britney and Kevin have offered a publication access to their personal lives. They sold coverage rights of their wedding for an undisclosed amount of cash and have let their lives be broadcasted on a UPN reality series.
It is not sure if Spears and Federlines have got the police involved in their current situation.
