Nicole Richie Back to Work With Ex Best Friend28 October 2005 A lot has been written by the media about the ongoing tiff between former girl pals Nicole Richie and Simple Life partner Paris Hilton, but Richie has chosen to not talk about it.
"I know that Paris loves to talk about it and that stuff, but that's just not my style," Richie explained to Jane magazine. As for whether she thought she and Hilton would ever make up, she answered, "No, not at this point."
Nicole Richie and the rest of the Simple Life still plan to shoot a show this year despite the fact that Fox dropped the popular reality show to make room for other programming.
"We're shooting Nov. 1," said the star. "All the networks are fighting over it."
No one is really sure how the show will be structured to work around the tension between Paris and Nicole, but both cast members have said they are committed to fulfilling their contract and doing the show.
There have also been rumors floating around about how Richie dropped down to her more recent slimmer self, some have hinted towards an eating disorder in helping with the weight loss.
"Nothing people say really bothers me, but that bothers me because I wouldn't want somebody younger than me, someone who looks up to me, to believe it," Richie explained.
A few months ago both actresses? had wedding plans, now Nicole is the only one who still plans to get married. Although time consuming, she is looking forward to her wedding and says it will be a huge event.
