Jennifer TillyactressBorn on September 16th, 1958 in Harbor City, California, Jennifer Tilly made a name for herself by playing the ditzy dame role in B-movies, but as most of the poker world is finding out she is no ditz. This now Oscar nominated actress not only has moved up into the A list of Hollywood actresses, but has also found recent success in the world of Poker. Tilly is the first player to win both a World Series of Poker bracelet and a World Poker Tour title. It was the time when she lived in British Columbia that she discovered her love of acting. Tilly would perform amateur operettas with her mother and sister which soon led her to acting school in Missouri. Best known for her role in "Bullets Over Broadway, Tilly has been doing movies since 1984 and has stared in such films as The Huanted Mansion, Seed of Chucky, The Crew, Liar Liar, and Bound. Tilly played her ditzy dam hand to also land some of Hollywoods biggest leading men. After being married to Sam Simon (producer of The Simpsons) from 1984 to 1991, Tilly has been linked to Lou Diamond Phillips and most recently Phil Laak a fellow professional poker player.
