Scott Baio burst onto the scenes as a teenager when he first appeared as Chachi on Happy Days. He was an instant hit, and went on to star in the spin off Joanie Loves Chachi. Despite the show lasting just a season, Scott was instantly given a new leading role, as Charles in Charles in Charge. The show ran for 6 years, before being cancelled in 1990.
